Leading property portals: Rightmove, Primelocation, FindaProperty & Propertyfinder are all looking to increase their user numbers in 2008. Will anyone be able to challenge Rightmove as the market leader? Seems like nobody is expecting to take the number one spot, however everyone is hoping for an increase in online advertising spent due in the current downturn of the property market.
Everyone is increasing their marketing budgets as well and concentrating on TV campaigns, including RightMove, Primelocation and FindaProperty. PropertyFinder also announced record spending. This follows website redesigns for Rightmove, Primelocation and others.
Will Rightmove hold the top spot in 2008?

All three portals now carry overseas property. I would be interested in finding out which one is deemed best at international real estate
